VAN MELL POMS

Welcome to Van Mell Pomeranians. While we are relatively new to the Pom world, we have been involved showing and breeding dogs since the early 1960's. For 30 years we bred Belgian Sheepdogs and Keeshonden attaining many championships and speciality winners.

Our next adventure led to traveling the country by RV for 12 years. We missed the companionship of a dog but knew a large breed dog would not work in a motor home and soon found ourselves owned by two adorable Pomeranian girls.......thus began our love affair with Pomeranians. To this day they are the bosses of the household.

Retirement brought us to settling down in Clifton, Texas. Slowly the urge to get back into showing dogs took hold and we bought a promising young male Pom puppy who is now Champion SoFine's Heat Wave, affectionately called Tigger II.
